Bearing manufacturers teach you how to distinguish imported bearings and domesti

Bearing is an important part of contemporary machinery and equipment. Its main function is to support the mechanical rotating body, reduce the friction coefficient during its movement, and ensure its rotation accuracy (accuracy).

1. Packaging:

Check to see if the outer packaging is clear: Generally speaking, the brand has its own professional designers to design the outer packaging, and arrange the factory with qualified production conditions to produce it, so the packaging is very clear from the lines to the color blocks. Vague.

2. Stamp:

Whether the stamping is clear: Brand words, labels, etc. will be printed on the bearing body. Although the fonts are small, most of the products produced by the factory use steel stamping technology, and the characters are pressed before heat treatment, so the fonts are small, but the dents are deep and clear. And the fonts of the fakes are very vague, because the printing technology is rough, the fonts float on the surface, and some are even easy to erase by hand.

3. Anti-rust oil:

Whether there are turbid oil stains on the surface: pay special attention when buying imported bearings. Since the current domestic anti-rust technology is not particularly well-developed, it is easy to leave thick oil stains on the hands during the anti-rust treatment of the bearing body, while the traces of the anti-rust oil are almost invisible in the foreign imported bearings, but they are very careful. Experts said that imported bearings smelled like rust preventive oil, but they could not be seen.

4. Chamfering:

Whether the chamfer is uniform: The so-called chamfer of the bearing is the junction of the horizontal and vertical planes. Due to the limitation of the production process, the fake bearings are not handled satisfactorily in these corners.

5. Noise:

Whether there is noise: Hold the inner sleeve of the bearing with your left hand and rotate the outer sleeve with your right hand to listen for noise. Since most of the counterfeit products are under backward production conditions and are completely operated in hand-crafted workshops, it is inevitable that impurities such as sand will be mixed in the production process, hidden in the bearing, and noise will be generated when rotating. This is different from genuine brands that strictly implement production standards and mechanical operations. If you really can't distinguish the sound, use a sound meter to check the size and sound quality of the rolling sound of the imported bearing during operation. Even if the bearing is slightly damaged such as peeling off, it will make abnormal and irregular noises, which can be distinguished by a sound detector.
